Could have a bad Inverter pcb./or bad Control panel CPU pcb.

    Enter SERVICE MODE>COPIER>FUNCTION>PANELTOUCHCHK

Use it to adjust the coordinates of the analog touch panel.
    Procedure
    - Use it to match a specific point of the touch panel and its coordinates on the LCD.
    1) Select [TOUCH CHECK] to highlight, and press the OK key.
    2) Press the 9 + symbols that appear on the touch panel to make
    adjustments.

    COPIER > FUNCTION > PANEL
    LCD-CHK

Use it to check for missing dots in the LCD.
    Procedure
    1) Select the item, and press the OK key to start. See that the front of the touch panel starts to go on in the following order: white, black, red, green, blue.
    2) Press the Stop key to end the operation.

I had a same terrible error with this type
I pushed the start button, it scanned the image, then appeared this message on the underside of display: printing suspended.
After one or two on-off and door opening it started working for a while.

After same days of servicing the solution was the change of a f...ing microswitch of the green lever (FG6-5483-000 CABLE, FIXING/FEEDER SENSOR SW7 J271L )

Until then I didn't know the exist of this switch.
