It is digital in nature, that is for sure, so laser or IP board comes to mind...

I pust blank paper on the glass and scan, this the output print out. I use the blank tu confirm the print out issue.

First at all, you have to make sure if the problem comes out of the printing engine or if its a scanner issue.
Go into service mode, then Function--->DENS---->PD-DENS---->press "Start"
If the resulting Print is ok, then you have a scanner issue, if not , its the print engine, here i would guess a laser issue

                            Hi Dhanesh.
                            Thank for the advise.
I will check the ribbon canle, since no smell burning on component side.

                            thanks.
