    Canon irc3100 error 70-3

Machine have 160 K copies. After stabilizing and powering on for 2-3 mins and the final sequence start , machine throw error 70-3
    The time that passes
    after detection of the
    ITB home position to
    the next detection of
    the home position is
    shorter than a specific
    period of time.

I found lines on ITB belt so i replaced it and replaced itb cleaning blade(blade only not whole assy) but no help still same error code is displayed.

I searched SM so i could test the ITB belt sensor but could not found the procedure. Wouldnt this code show at start if sensor is bad since machine reach finall where u should get "ready" but insetad error 70-3?

I found that on ITB assy i have two springs that make force on big mettal roller that aplly presshure on itb belt but when i remove the belt, the pressure is not equal on both sides.Could this be the problem?

    THX for any input!!
