my Ir 4570 got copies like zebra(black and white) i replace the Drum but just about 1,5 k of copies the problem is becomes again. i replace the drum twice but its still happen. please help me.

does sound like drum.are they oem?have you any eg's to post?could be a poor connection to your drum units! -

Your possibilities are drum,developer or hvt. My money would be on the dv unit. Has somebody messed with the settings in service mode? Check in service mode Copier>Adj>Develop and see if the setting is 115-120. Make sure that the contacts for the drum unit on the hvt are clean. If your using a generic drum unit and they are failing early ----switch to oem drum unit to see if that resolves issue.
