Canon MF6595 - double images

Have a customer saying the machine is double imaging when duplexing only and only on one side. I looked at the copies the other tech has and it looks like when you run the paper through the machine twice and print on the same side, but he says it happens only when duplexing. Have not seen the machine but will be going this week. Anyone ever run into this????

Went and printed on this machine and could not get it to act up at all no matter how much I printed. Will have to wait until they have a problem again I guess?
