    Poor Contact Occurs PCB

Remove the screws fixing the controller box
    cover

    ScreenShot003.jpg

Hold the Sub PCB firmly with both hands, and
then pull out it from the main board.

    ScreenShot005.jpg

Clean the terminal (both adverse and back sides)
of the detached PCB with lint-free paper
    impregnated with alcohol.

    ScreenShot006.jpg

With the Sub PCB [4] temporarily inserted,
temporarily fix the Sub PCB support plate [5]
with 2 screws. (Leave a space of approx. 1mm
between the seating surface of the screws and the
    support plate.)

    Good luck.

      E748-4000 CL2 board-dependent, board error.
A packet timeout condition has occurred in the G-Chip loopback.
      1. Disconnect and then connect 4 to 5 G-chip boards several times.
      2. Replace the G-chip board.

      3. Replace the main controller PCB.
