    [Error Code] Canon IR 5055 with 00000e-0010

    I am working on an Imagerunner IR5055 with an error code 00000e-0010. What does that point to?

    E000-0010 The power has been turned off and then on without resetting the error.
    - Reset the error.
    go in service mode>(*)(2,8)(*)
    1) Press the asterisk key (* ) on the operation panel.
    2) Press 2 and 8 simultaneously on the numeric keypad.
    3) Press the asterisk key (* )on the operation panel.
    (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)
    Use it to reset an error code.
    (codes: E000, E001, E002, E003, E004, E005)
    Procedure
    1) Select the item, and press the OK key.
    2) Turn off and then on the main power.

      Reset the error. (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)

      Replace the main/shutter thermistor
      If it ain't broke, don't fix it
