    Interesting Scan Error Message iR-C3220

I'm getting a message saying that the scan is stopped because the size of the data has reached the limit of what is possible. Says to reduce sharpness or set the image type to text. Funny thing about it is that this happens after only a few pages. The email limit is set to unrestricted and I even get this when I try to scan to SMB. Working with Canon right now, but we're still not having any type of good luck. I've taken the Fiery out of the picture, MMI cleared, HDD format and reload sys. software and replaced the RCON board so far.

    Thanks for taking a look!

Have you've try lowering your DPI setting when you try sending.
In the send function you have the option to adjust these settings. You can also default these settings under additional function-Communication settings- Edit send standard settings.

Re-Seating the cables has helped us on many occasions in field

Product : imageRUNNER C3200 / 3220 / 2620 Title : Message on the Display shows "Printing has stopped because the size of data of the print job has exceeded the limits" Problem :
This message appears when sending documents through the DADF or when placing documents on the Platen Glass.

        Solution :
First try re-seating the Ribbon Connectors between the Reader Controller PCB, CCD Unit, and the Interface PCB found in the Reader Unit.
You can also try re-seating the SD-RAM DIMM's on the Main Controller PCB.
If message is still appears replace the Sub Main PCB (FG3-2855-000)

Looks like you covered just about everything, remove Fiery, MMI clr, HDD, sys software, unrestricted limit emails.

The only other suggestion I would add is replacing the Memory sticks.
