[Jamming] ir5065 paper jammed when print command given from computer

i have facing a problem with iR5065, when ever a print fire from a computer in simplex mode the paper goes to the duplex unit and shows paper jam, but in duplex 2sided printing it is working fine. in the time of copying no problem found. it is not showing any error code but in service mode it shows 210 & A02 something. plz. help me...............

Surely your not printing fire!
How about other files?
What paper size are you trying use?
This is a stationary jam. Look around the area where it jams.
What print driver are you using?

What occurs if you just use the Test Print button from the first page of your drivers properties screen???

the deflector is stuck in the duplex mode.
solenoid not working or spring loose or something like that.

I had a crazy ir105 that would only jam when printing 11x17, every time at registration no matter what drawer. Copying 11x17 worked fine from any drawer. Printing other sizes from any other drawer worked fine.

Reseated the memory on the main controller and it worked fine.






But it does kinda sound mechanical like Vigour suggested
