    Your best bet is to get a Trained Canon tech to inspect the issue>u need a reload of the full firmware package.
    who ever did this refurb/ is a jerk-

    U can't buy Firmware online.

    HEAVY STOCK -as I stated before causes the Drum Drive motor to crap out with that many prints u posted, it's the clock pulse motor the miss-functions with the switch over speed between Plain paper & Heavy Stock
    .
