    IRA 6055

    Brand new IRA 6055 after installing work fine two days to this morning.
    Copier can't boot properly because got early freezing.I can't go in service mode also.
    Anyone with this kind of issue maybe?? I hope it's not hard disc or RAM.
    (Need to be delivered tomorrow morning)

      did you add any options?
      have you tried to reload system via USB?
      did you try the diagnostic mode? (2&4) while turning unit on

              that sucks!

              Let us know what they come up with. These adavnce series can be fickle sometimes.

                  Try reseating the RAM's and Flash ROM's, check connectors etc., maybe it's shaking loose.

                      Check the Outlet for correct voltage supply
