Dedy,i do'nt realy understand your problem. After trying to register the firmware under SST 4.1 is it working or still not working. If not your firmware is corrupted.

when i register the firmware under SST 4.1 is working, but after i change the SST to v433, the firmware becomes invalid.

          Corrupted files were the blame?
Canon have made it easy, all the .prg, .dat, .ift files came with check sum.
          eg
This file:ir2200-usen4501-5af7.prg. has 16bit check sum of 5AF7
This file:iR8070-XXde1301-C76D-RUI.dat has 16bit check sum of C76D
Have mentioned how to check sum. http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/ca...tml#post104743
I am quite sure u got 0 corrupted file, neither a corrupted Zipped file, but more likely an old version firmware. So, if u got a latest one, share with me, Boleh pak?

I had problems upgrading IR8070 with SST 4.xx
Use older SSt and upgrade is OK and machine works fine.
