Canon 3220 printing and copying at a poor quality. Help Please

Canon 3220 printing and copying at a poor quality. The images come out blurry as if taking with a poor quality camera, but that is not the case. Any suggestions?

are u trying to make a copy off the Glass ??

if so, place a sheet of clear Transparency on the glass / place the photo on top, close cover, select PHOTO on control panel > print out
                CP.JPG

Another Note>>If heavy stock or glossy paper is to be used,
ensure when performing Auto Gradation that heavy paper is selected and used when printing the measurement pages.

I took the pic myself with a good quality cam. And Im just using regular copy paper, but it looks the same on glossy.

have you run autogradation? did those test prints look alright?
If so I would dump your print driver and reinstall.

do you have an imagepass attached to this device?
make sure you are grabbing the proper model either the 3200 or 3220. There is a difference.
If you have an imagepass attached then you will have to download and install the proper model for it as well which could be the C1 or C2 modelsimagePassC1_186x279.gifIf you one installed it would look like the picture attached. Let us know the exact model and if you an imagepass and then we can point you to the correct print driver.

I would also use the PS driver if you are printing pictures.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
