    Canon CLC3200 error E00020-0381

I have the below error which relates to the cyan drum and developing unit.

After checking the cyan drum value in display/Misc, the value seems ok at 39.

However after checking the values in Display/Dens, the values for window-y, window-m, window-c and window-k, they are all at zero!

I have changed the CTD sensor and the black plastic cleaning brush part which cleans the CTD sensor.

I have performed A full gradation adjust afterwards but the values remain zero!

    I hope someone can help!

If you take the right cover off, you can watch the belt rotate by and you can see if the patchs are being applied to the belt, and if the belt is actually moving. I have seen 3380's where the belt actually stalled out do to clean blade flipping...

the front door plastic door interlock for the SALT sensor shutter may be broken or not in place, (see picture below). If the shutter is not actuated by the interlock, the SALT sensor will error out when trying to perform ATR measurement resulting in an E020. Sub codes will be related to yellow ATR measurement since it is the first color laid down on the ITB for ATR measurement.

Make sure your patch image read sensor is in the correct position
