I have found that customers being customers open and close the door when the machine says 'replace toner' just to get their job done. They then starve the dev unit of toner, you need to run the toner motor in service mode to 'top it up'.

Open the dev, check if the toner level is very low.
          If so
          You can do
          FUNCTION >Copier>INSTALL> Toner S
You can shut the copier off, halfway into the dump if you feel like it.

can also be caused by hardened toner lumps in the toner hopper jamming the feed screw that feeds the dev unit, you may have to strip the hopper unit down completely to remove the hardened toner

I've seen that happen where the machine is in a confined enviroment and has its fans blocked or is just too hot

                thank you all ,
the problem was the motor is bad, not sending toner to the de unit , also there is a small door that between the hopper and the dev unit was stuck closed ,
i looked for motor its around 120$ here ! so i take the hopper unit used and in good condition , for 100 $
problem now fixed cause of ro help , thank you very much
                iam appreciating your help
