From the service manual: (sorry, it doesn't contains 0004 subcode)
E804 Error in power supply cooling fan
0000 Failure in power supply cooling fan (while the fan is not working)
When lock signal is detected for 5 sec while the fan is stopped.
- Disconnect and then connect the connector (J303) on DC controller
PCB.
- Replace the power supply cooling fan
- Replace DC controller PCB
0001 Failure in rotation of power supply cooling fan
When lock signal failed to be detected for 5 sec while the fan is
driven.
- Disconnect and then connect the connector (J303) on DC controller
PCB.
- Replace the power supply cooling fan
- Replace DC controller PCB

Main Controller Fan { FK2-6691-000 }see if is moving freely.
description of the code is failure in rotation of FM4 the main controller cooling fan. When the lock signal failed to be detected for 5 seconds while the fan is driven.

The main controller cooling fan part number is FK2-6691-000. FM4 plugs into the lower right corner of the Main Controller at connector J2043.
