I have a conon imagerunner 5000. I have error code e00061-0001 I tried to press 2 and 8 as instructed, but wrench came on and won't let me advance. I am in columbia s.c. I was told by new company that took over my old service company (Danka). They want a $350.00 deposit to even come out and look any advice?? please help!!!!

Thanks is there anything as a lay person I can do to fix this problem? I don't mind paying to have a tech fix it, but this new company caught me off guard with their $350.00 credit card deposit request. I used to pay a flat $120.00 and hour, then in increments. THANKS AGAINComment
