I have a weird problem with an IR3300. The paper exits with a small dogearred corner, rear eleading edge of the paper, only on duplex. Run single sided paper through the machine and no problems. Run duplexed pages through the machine and within five to ten pages a small dog ear corner flip shows up in two to three pages then back to normal for about five to ten pages. The copies are straight so I know it is not happening in the image formation section. For now I believe the exit guides are the problem and am asking if someone can pass along a link to the parts manual for the machine?

Got the links already and thank you for them. The machine does have a finisher. Which is where I belive the paper is catching and putting the small corner fold(leading edge rear corner of the pages). I can actually see the degree of the paper feed skew as it exits the machine. Even when the paper has a folded corner the image is always straight -
i've come across this problem before, this sensor moves across and checks registration, some times it catches the paper skewing it and causing it to dogear, make sure it can move freely and that the sensor is clean
