FACTORY ALL RAM CLEAR mode send me..

WERE U SWAPPING PCB's ??????????????
error code usually indicates a problem with the Counter PCB.

E246 Error in writing operations (to the counter memory).
1. Reinstall original Counter Memory PCB that belongs to that equipment.
2. Replace Counter Memory PCB with new one.
