    Shitty eight seventy...
R1 finisher, stapling. I can only get it to staple one set, if I try multiple sets it doesn't staple. It goes through the motions as if it's gonna but it doesn't.
I've calibrated alignment plates via the dipswitches as well as the staple position. I noticed the rear alignment guide didn't move when going through the calibration, anyone ever had this?
The machine has a million four on it.

    Thank you.

or try to replace or swap #74 clutch rear-move clutch to front/see if issue follows to front

if issue does not change, see below

Replace the operation tray assembly FM2-1391-000.
This assembly includes the 2 motors which drive the front and rear alignment plates. Replacing just the rear motor may resolved the issue, but in the interest of time the assembly will prove to be a better solution.

Thank you greatly! I told my specialist I was going to replace the motor, but I think the assembly is a better call.
