I have the error E-0000061-001 in IR-5570. I have replaced the primary and Transfer Corona wires. Still the problem remains same.

switch off potential control and diagnose from there,if the machine works and print qualty is fine you may have a dirty or faulty potential control sensor/pcb.

Cover

Remove the front cover that you have to remove to gain access to your Primary and PO corona assys. On that cover is a plastic post that engages the laser shutter, be sure that the post isn't broken also be sure that the left tab of that cover where it screws to the main body isn't broken. Basically check post and make sure that cover has zero play in it, replace accordingly.
