i am a canon engineer, partnernet is canon's support website over here, the link to spare parts never seems to work though.

Canon UK is graduly running down the Partnernet site for service techs in favour of the SIMS site. The Partnernet will still be used for Sales and marketing of Canon products.

If you are a Canon Direct tech or an acredited partner you should have been registered for the sims site, however you can only access what you have been trained on, i.e. if you have had training on copiers only you cant access the solutions side etc. however what you can access is constently updated with tech bulletins and new service manuals and parts catalogues.

If you still can't find them message me I will send you a link.

NEVER pay for Canon manuals no one is legally allowed to sell them!

Is the 2230 only available in the US?
I have never seen one here in the uk

i've had a ton of those in europe, due to my market i service mostly in that range then the bigger ones

I am not sure if it is,, all past manual listings would not break out between the different numbers in that series. 3025-3030-3035-3045 would all use the same parts manual with the different board numbers called out inside the listings for the main controller etc, etc,...

Not ALL manuals are available freely no matter how much you Google them. Also, isn't it against your terms of service being a Canon engineer to give them away?
