jamming from paperdeck only get jam code 010c replaced deck pick up assembly and also machine has latest firmware

What model? does it jam every time? if pick up has been replaced check inlet guide on deck make sure springs on white roller are still there, check where deck meets m/c small white rollers on copper coloured springs wear m/c inlet guide .

its a irc5185 has about 900,000 copies on it and no it doesn't jam every time
