Hi all,
Have this problem my assistant brought up to me on iRC3380 Fax, the complaint was after they received about 50 copies of fax, there was 3 to 4 copies with black patch without fax content. Why could be the problem? is it the Fax Board problem or the machine problem?
My assistant told me that the customer could do copy & print without problem. Any advice would be appreciated.Below is the attachment of the Fax print out.
