Hi
Can any one help me with imagePass C1 sistem soft for clc 3200?
I have a clc 3200 and i cant connect to server from my computer. And also from printer display i cant enter to server configuration.
If i reinstall the sistem soft can solve my problem?

This morning I restart the clc 3200, and works ok.
I watch to server when i restart and 0 and 3 red led are on for 3 seconds and after that remain only green led on.
I see an error E000004-002 and lcd for printer become black and i must restart printer and server, after that works ok.
When I see the server online is any way ro make a clone of system soft imagepass? Until is not to late, becouse i dont have cd with system from this printer.

the software for your imagePass C1 is separate from the iR3200 software.
don't believe u can clone imagePassC1 Hard Drive,
some tech's do clone the iR3200 HDD, i do not.

that error code reads like this=E004-002, is for the printer/fuser connection
Check switch MSW-5 or MSW-6 above the Fixing Assembly/interlock switch (part number: RH7-6037-000) has to actuate both when fuser draw is closed.
in there u will also see a Sensor PS5 that needs to be cleaned-Fixing Feeder Unit Open/Closed Sensor-waste toner can migrate from the ITB Cleaning Assembly through openings in the frame into this sensor-

u will be able to slide in draw to see if switches are being closed properly /
u can blow out sensor of any toner
