Weird characters print out on iR2270

    [Misc] Weird characters print out on iR2270

    Hi,

    I have another problem, these characters will intermittently printed out.
    For example, I have a one page WORD document, but it will print out around 70 pages of these characters instead.

    I am using UFRII as drivers and verified that it's correct.

    Anybody experience this can help?

      1) Try using UFR 1,
      It is a driver issue
      Stuff like that happens if you try to print with PS driver, to a machine which only has a PCL board.

      2) Upgrade to latest system software.

              I have verified that users are using only UFRII, but I will change it to UFRI the next time it happens again.
              It happens like once a month... and on different PC/Notebook each time.
