IR105 with E350-001

    [Error Code] IR105 with E350-001

    My IR105 show Error Code E350-001. That's no informaton in service manual.
    What happen with my machine. Please help me! Thank you.

    I don't know exactly what but :
    It is related to the brains of the copier. Probably main board or communication of main board.
    Try to remove and re seat motherboard.

    I found this:
    E350 Faults on ECO ID PCB. A check is made at poweron.
    1. Ensure connector J1213 on the Main Controller PCB is connected.
    2. Replace ECO ID PCB

    I am sure Teckat knows the exact issue.

      V-P is wright.It's communication of main board.Re seat connectors and install System Software Ver. 86.02.

      I hope you are not playing with the counter reset.

            Hi,
            E350
            1. The bar code data for backup and the attached bar code data do not match
            2. A fault in the Serial No. PCB is detected when power is turned ON
            Hardworking people are not present. Simply many it is boring to idle.

                It's ok if you messed with counter.

                All you have to do is give a beer to me and zoraldinho

                  playing with the counter will screw ya

                  make sure the bc is clean and readable
                  make sure the eco bd is seated and it wasn't swapped out
                  like trying to play with counters

                  sheeshs resetting counters is easy and not as involved as one might think
                  however its illegal and immoral and just plain scumbag move
