[Error Code] IR-C5185 E240

Could use a clear mind on this, i'm sure this drive is correct but the error code is saying otherwise.

Machine: IRC-5185
SST: Service_Support_Tool_v4.23Ev
System Software : CiRC5180_V3_v93.01.01
HDF: V.0013 also used V.0009
Using *28* mode

Formatting a new drive onto the machine "FM2-8258-000" came 80gb hitachi HDS728080PLAT20

Machine is giving error 602-0001
SST is giving E240 error response:
process has ended in error

Any thoughts on whats going wrong

is a new disk.
can not seem to format it or can not find the file bootdev.
pump.The which is the system.
ALL-install the HDF system. with sst.
If you install via USB will tell you formates and then you create the file then choose the option bootdev (1) update and ready I will do just everything.
usb to install this system in the operating servicion have 600MB minimum free

Not using USB on this just SST.

The ALL and ALL_HDF files are no longer available.
Before installing the new System Software v93.01.01, uninstall the previous ALL and ALL_HDF files and
in the future, use the ASSIST MODE button.

E240 / file is corrupt or not found
If u have a copy of v93.01- i would remove it/ then re-load it back in SST

You can not format a HDD with the USB Firmware >u Format thru the SST>

Make sure u have only one ver. of SST on your laptop
