[Jamming] My C3200 will not print multiple copies of a file

Hi, I have an imageRUNNER C3200 and the perfect printing the only drawback is that when I send to print multiple copies of the same document I just printed one, and the log appears as if he had sent to print only, which may be causing this error?

If my memory serves me right, try....
Set the number of copies in the driver,
FILE
Print
Properties
select the number of copies.

It is possible to choose copies from the Application (WORD, etc.), but it does NOT always work.

What os are u using? I had an issue like this once, with a machine running win xp service pack 1, I had to upgrade machine to sp3 did work fine after that.

I've got exactly the same problem. Even if I choose several copies from print driver or from program, or from both of them. Only way to print several copies is by changing amount of copies from the 3200's display (additional functions -> printer -> settings -> copies)

What could cause this? I tried to search, but this was the only similar topic which I found.
