      S1 finisher, controller board 4G1-1478.
Paper jammed without error code as shown on photo.
Have confirmed it is something wrong with the controller board.
Now I got 5 pieces of these board having same problem.IMG0138A.jpg

What is with that paper Curl ??

With no Error code or Jam code Printer probably thinks paper has been delivered ??
have u checked I/O for sensor readout ?

??? Have u checked if any of the Fuses Blowing out on those Pcb's ?? A good fuse will read 24 volts DC on both sides of the fuse. A bad fuse will read 24 volts DC on only one side of the fuse.

Try & do a reset and clear the memory of the Finisher Controller PCB's.
        With the copier "ON'>>
1-Turn ON all 4 dip switches

        2-Cheat the finisher door switch
3-Press and hold SW2 until the LED stops flashing
        4-Then turn off copier
5-Turn off dip switches and turn copier back on
Check to see if the finisher initializes and if the problem is resolved.

        if fails>>>>
        Check accessory power supply .
On J647, check pin 1 for 13 volts and pin 3 for 1.4 volts to determine if the accessory power supply is outputting properly.

Thanks teckat and petersim for giving me a hand.
The problem was cause by a jammed stack tray, M1 overloaded.
          Luckily, no toast yet.
