[Error Code] Error Code E602-4000 imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5030i

New machines, used for a few days, suddenly goes into E602-4000. No start up in display Replacing the Hard Drive, Main Controller 1 and Main Controller 2, DIMM boards on the Main Controller1 (2xFM4-0831) did not resolve the problem. and not possible to start in download mode.
What should i do?
