[Misc] Proper use of PCB Down Loader

Hello all, trying to locate documentation on how to use the pcb down loader...is there a tech bulletin that explains it's use? or is it one of those figure it out yourself procedures?

Should be in the service manual for the machine. Which machine are you trying to upgrade with the downloader?

Looked through the manual for the finisher but did not see it...did a search for pcb nothing came up...
