is this with Vista/XP ??

check what version IE the client is running ???
have u tried Firefox ??


Re-Enable the RUI feature on the copier
1. Hit Additional Functions > System Settings.
2. Set the 'Remote UI' option to ON.
& Reboot the printer.

some companies block RUI access

rui is on, computer OS have used XP, win7 x32,win7x64. problem is with copier for sure, not the computers trying to access RUI. direct cross over cable from my laptop does not open RUI and thus rules out network lockouts. device has been rebooted multiple times. I also made sure the right ports were on and tried changing the IP. also tried IE and FF
