    [Misc] IRC 3220 drum chip

    what happen if IRC 3220 drum chip life end. should i change the chip or just leave it. can machine operate normally. i use IRC 3220, machine always adjust gradation after a few copy. is this because of my drum chip life finish? someone can give me some advise..

    my machine use new drum unit also still leaking.. is this because of toner? i use compact toner. but i see printout is ok.. but machine still leaking. sometimes machine warming up non stop until i change the drum unit. i try to change new drum unit, but after a few days customer complaint machine warming up non stop. i suspect toner problem but have a few unit dont have problem use compact toner.

      Could you tell me where did you buy, and do you know is Korea or Japan or Chinese Toner, have you empty the toner cartridge before.

        there is no problem for the percentage of the drum unit as long as you have sufficient developer in the drum unit,and the leakage might occur due to the compact toner you been using,so try to use high quality toner such as original or katun performance toner that will have no problem,and leakage is due to the drum seal..........................
