    Comunication error with GX 300

    Hello everyone!
I have a problem with the GX 300 ColorPASS installed with a 9060 IRC ADV: often the two devices do not communicate, and I am forced to reinstall the system on the print server.
Is there a permanent remedy to end this default?

I would check that interface cable

From the print driver turn ON "Allow Printer Jobs with Unknown ID's"

The interface cable and the hard disk I replaced....
So it happens that Windows salt, but when I open the CWS, and I try to connect, the server gives me error!
The printer in the menu "Printer Status", I get the message classic...." Wait etc.. etc... "

Check for a duplicate IP address within the same network. Once this has been completely ruled out, these other alternatives could be considered: In Network environments where a Cisco Switch is involved, one approach could be to set the PortFast feature on a Cisco switch. This has the property of negating the effects caused on IPX/SPX and AppleTalk protocols regarding the Spanning Tree Protocol. There have not been any observations so far of the Spanning Tree Protocol causing a problem on TCP/IP networks.
There have been a few reported incidents where a device appears to fall off a TCP/IP network and is not related to the Spanning Tree Protocol although the symptoms of the problem appear to be the same. In this case, you may isolate your device from the switch or router by adding a small inexpensive hub with no intelligence between the device and switch. Alternatively, you can try locking the switch port and the Canon device at the same network speed.

The problem is between the ColorPASS GX 300 and the Canon iRC-ADV 9060, and not between the ColorPASS and the external network ....
I tried to connect a laptop with a cable cross, to isolate all ...
But the CWS server not connected!
