[Misc] ir adv 5030 with C1 BOOKLET FINISHER

CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF ITS POSSIBLE TO DO MORE THAN 30 sets of stapled copies or prints on a C1` BOOKLET FINISHER ON iradv5030 without it saying output tray full please remove.
I have a customer who had 2 originals they wanted 500 sets of this 2 page document
stapling.This was only 1000 sheets but every 30 sets it told them to remove paper from output tray they had to remove the sets 17 times to complete the job.
I tested the capacity on a 10 page document doing 50 sets again it stopped at 30 sets.
It seems the capacity of the output trays whether its top or bootom is 30 sets regardless of how many. Is this correct and if so is there anything i can do as the customer was told the ouput capacity was about 1500 sheets on each tray she wasnt aware it was restricted to 30 sets regardless of the size of the sets

Tray 1: Staple sort
Large size: 96 mm high (650 sheets) or 30 sets
Small size: 188 mm high (1300 sheets) or 30 sets
Tray 2: Staple sort
Large size: 96 mm high (650 sheets) or 30 sets
Small size: 243 mm high (1700 sheets) or 30 sets


Tray 1: Non staple sort Equivalent of 81.4g/m2 paper.
Large size: 96 mm high (650 sheets)
Small size: 188 mm high (1300 sheets)


Tray 2: Non staple sort
Large size: 96 mm high (650 sheets)
Small size: 243 mm high (1700 sheets)


- Stacking capacity is equivalent of 81.4g/m2 paper.
-Alignment may not be correct if 1700 or more small-size sheets are stacked.
-Stacking capability is not guaranteed for mixed size stacking.
Paper Size Definition:
Large size (feed length of 216 to 457 mm):A3, SRA3, A4R, B4, B5R, 305mm x 457mm (12 x 18), 279mm x 432mm (11 x 17), LGL, LTRR

by default all canon image runners are set up this way and you have to disable the limit in service mode so you are not running into this issue. On the original series it was Copier > Option > User > TRAY-STP change to 0 for this, but I am not sure on the advance seriesand do not have a book in front of me.

This is to keep the staples pages from falling on the floor when the stacks get too tall.
