Disconnect the Finisher and disable it in service mode. If the imageRUNNER is now able to copy and print normally, check and re-seat the Arc Net Cable, T-Connectors, and Terminators on the Finisher and the imageRUNNER.
Both ends of the Arc Net cable must have a T-Connector, and a Terminator installed.

I have also seen the stapler cartridge cause this issue on the machine, but this machine would come to ready.

I have also seen the HDD cause issues where the machine would not boot properly and just hang in the boot sequence.

How did you upgrade this unit to version 2? If I remember there are certain steps to take when upgrading from V1 to V2 so this could be causing an issue if the data on the HDD was not installed correctly.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

Be sure to remove these files in your Service Support Tool.
When installing System Software v55.05 or higher on the older imageRUNNER 7086/ 7105/ 7095/ 7095 Printer, please follow the procedure below to insure proper installation or an error will occur.
