when i print colour picture the red comes more on the picture which makes the picture looks red. any help the from the gaits.

Do you make auto gradation.Is it PG-10 ok? Printer is maybe OK.Check differents with ufr and pcl.If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words -
run auto gradation on the machine (additional functions>adjustment/cleaning>auto gradation adjust>full adjust)
Then if your prints are still a little red you can adjust your print quality under the quality tab>check the manual color settings box>click on color settings to open the second window and decrease the red of your print out.
keep in mind this machine was never designed for color accuracy especially on pictures.Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.Comment
