you can be a part pcb, someone you a past.
When you send a copy sale e747-9f00.
Pcb main is is something that is
E747-9F00
It was detected that the main controller PCB (Sub OPEN) was not attached.
Remove and insert or replace the main controller PCB (Sub O-A/B).
Remove the two screws from the Controller Box securing the Sub PCB associated with the displayed error code (two screws for each Sub PCB) B1.JPG
Hold the Sub PCB firmly with both hands and pull it out from the Main Controller
PCB.
-Clean both sides of the terminals on the detached PCB with lint-free paper impregnated with alcohol. At the same time, make sure the terminals are not damaged.
-Make sure that the alcohol used to clean the terminals dries, then hold the Sub PCB.with both hands and slowly move it towards the Main Controller PCB until it securely seated in its slot on the Main Controller PCB. B2.JPG
With the Sub PCB in place, fix the Sub PCB Support Plate with two screws.
do not tighten the screws.
Holding the Sub PCB put the edge of a ruler on the edges of all the Sub PCBs as
shown in the photo below. All PCBs should contact with the ruler; if not, the protruding PCB must be reseated by loosening the two screws securing the board, then with both hands, securely seat it in its slot. B4.JPG
-Hold the Sub PCB firmly and tighten the rear screw (the screw closest to the rear side of the Main Body) first.
-Tighten the screw on the opposite side.
Perform all steps for all Sub PCBs to make sure good contact is made between the Sub PCBs and the Main Controller PCB.
To prevent bad connection between the Sub PCB and the Main Controller, do not move the right side of the Controller Box; this is the side to which the Sub PCBs are secured.
Fit the Controller Box Cover and tighten the screws on the right (when viewed form the rear of the Main Body) firsts. Reinstall the Upper Rear Cover.

ok did all that and now marks E748-4311.
noy that code in the manual
Check that the locking tabs on the main controller for the R-A pcb slot are unlocked. If the tabs are in the locked position the R-A pcb will not sit in correctly or slide in all the way causing the copier not to fully detect the pcb causing a constant E748-4311. An easy way to see if the pcb is mounted correctly is to remove the hard drive.
An E748-4311 error can happen during transporting of the machine or if the controller box assembly is removed.
The sub controller RB-A PCB (Figure 935 FM2-6810-000) may not be installed or seated correctly. this is u>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
The PCB is held to the main controller by clip locks on the main board and a tension bracket that holds the board to the controller box assembly. Remove the bracket (with tension mount) and re-seat the Sub controller RB-A PCB (fig 935) to the main controller. Then reinstall the tension bracket. 5180subcontRB_asmall.jpg
