Have an ImageRunner 3570 and has been giving E-0100-0001. I have replaced the laser unit and shutter assy. Any other suggestions?

check your cable going to the BD mirror.

I would also look at your power supply, DC controller and the version that is loaded on it. There also have been issues with the Grounding Clip (FC5-0539-000) which should be contacting the Registration Roller was not making contact with the roller.

It ended up being the grounding clip, we tried another laser at first just in case we had a bad one, but it did not work.
