    hi teckat all the voltage supply are good. i know how to check supply. but how can i check the signal communication?

      Maybe any connected thing on the reader controller has a short circuit. Try to remove one connector from reader controller, and switch on the machine. If nothing changes, switch off, and reconnect the next one....

        u need to check the v3.3v/ did u look at circuit diagrams for signal test

        u need to check for the supply output/ and not only the input

        test voltages at pins with needle nose meter leads/
        & pull connectors as advised by others/

        u may have a short to ground

          sorry guys for late reply. thank you all guys maybe those flat cable are shorted. im sorry i cannot continue to try all your suggestions. the machine are new just a hundred copy on it and our supervisor suggested to replace the machine with a new one.btw thanks for all your advices. i gonna look for what its cause when the machine came on our workshop.

            Try with replace power supply pcb and reset the machine in service mode.

                sorry guys i forgot to response because i got a lot of work im so sorry. about the ir 2318 we just replace it with the new machine. caused we almost change everything but nothing happened. thanks for all your help guys.
