canon irc 3220 error Code E602-602

I want to ask how to reset the error code E602-602 on canon irc3220 display, it could be resetted by on/off switch. refer to service manual, it means the harddisk problem. is it only using SST to reset this error or any others method by using service mode.

Thanks for reply, The case is that In the morning the copier was running ok, suddenly the machine was down when I put the RJ11 ( Fax Jack ) on the back side. it showed e602-602
when I turned on the machine. is it related to the unstable electricity. As this machine is placed outdoor event for 3 days.

Color copier outside??? Holy cow,, glad it is not mine to maintain. Humidity problems alone around here would be too much to deal with, let alone flakey power. Good Luck!!
