how do i clear error code E00602-0402 on Canon ir3100CN

In other Canon models there is checkdisk function that clears the error 602. Your hard drive have failed maybe due to power fluctuation or power loose connection.

turn machine on holding down 1&9 when the white cursor starts you can release and go read the paper for a while.
I would highly recommend getting a new HDD for this unit as the checkdisk doesn't work a lot of the time.

E602 in Canon machine is HDD problem.
You need to reinstall SST for HDD or you have to change another HDD
