    ir advace 2020H

    hi guys i want to confirm if this machine really don't have a mailbox i have 1 installation on it and our trainer says that the deference between ira 2020 and 2020H is the H stands for hard disc that mean 2020h have a mail box and 2020 don't have. but when i have to install the 2020h i had a hard time looking for its mail box.

      Canon made H model only for Asia and yes, model without H have optional HDD.

          The US model has an HDD as well, but none of them support the mailbox function. sorry dude

              thanks guys now i will have to explain to the client that this model doesn't have a mail box.

                      sorry for my bad english, but here in europe, we had two modells, L without HDD and i modell with HDD (HardDiscDrive), and for both the mailbox is available from here.

                          Yes ,in EU have IRA2020 L (flash 4g)
                          IRA2020i (HDD 80g)
                          and both have mailbox.

                                      I hadnt heard of a IR2230 till I read this forum...


                                      We had a batch of IRC2020L and the salesman had ordered PCL and PS print kits. We were advised that these models cannot be upgraded like the salesman had thought.

                                          The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2000 series is actually considered an imageRUNNER ADVANCE LITE.
                                          As such, the features are stripped down. There is no mailbox or advance box. However, if you have a full ADVANCE device on the network, you can deploy the mailboxes and advance boxes as remote boxes, and have the 2000 series connect to these remote boxes.
