[Misc] canon ir2200 RemoteUI Contents is Not Found

Hi there all,
few days ago i install an network card kit and a fax board on a Canon IR2200. After the sussesfull intallation and operation of these equpment i tryed to access the machine using the web interface but is get the following message
RemoteUI Contents is Not Found!!


RUI Module Version : 3601

any idea why and how can i solve that problem?

Turn ON rui in system settings if you have installed rui firmware.

thanks for the reply
i have already trun on the fasility on the machine but how can i check about the firmware. on the other side i havent install any kind of software on the machine exept the software that was on the hard drive that i got with the NIC.

ps : whene i turn the RUI off from the machine it return a message that there is such page

the RUI does not have any version so i think that is not installed. far from that thaks for the manual is very helpfull but does anyone knows where can i get the service support tool?

Shortcut is to call canon trained tech.

unfortunetly in Greece they have stop supporting the ir2200 so i dont have luck on that. if anybody can assist me i will be grateful.
