The external heat roller HP sensor
1 (PS9003) or the external heat
roller HP sensor 2 (PS9004) is
    faulty.

The machine detects an unmatch between the readings of the following:
external heat roller HP sensor 1 (PS9003, software control sensor,
outside) and external heat roller HP sensor 2 (PS9004, hardware error
    sensor).

check out the drive gears on the oil applying assembly for any broken or missing teeth.
Remove electromagnetic clutch (CL9000) from assembly and clean the attraction plates (replace if problem persists ). Check all shaft bearings, lube and replace if necessary.

External Heat Home Position Sensors, PS9003 & PS9004, can become over heated. Replace the Prefixing Duct Filter (FF6-1117-000) and PS9003 & PS9004 (FH7-7306-000).

Keep all filters in place for optimum air flow but it may be necessary to replace the pre-fixing duct filter sooner depending on the coverage of prints / copies.
