My Dad gave me this printer when he downsized to fulltime RV. It has always been flawless for him. I have not been able to print black except during the printer head alignment check. Example: .doc text in black will not print, change to color and it will print. pdf or web page will print pictures, borders etc, but will not print the basic text portions. I tried all cleaning functions, alignments (black prints on this one) and changing to a new black cartridge. No luck. Any help or suggestions? Thanks
