[Error Code] finisher V1 E542-8001

Hi everybody.
First of all, sorry for my english.
I have problem with finisher V1 connected to iR7105. After turn iR7105 copier on, display message shows error E542-80001. But, copier is switch off, finisher tray A is moved lower from line of the paper sensor and lower tray B is moved lower until it stop at botom of the finisher. Than copier is switch on, tray A is move by motor to its correct position, while tray B doesnt move at all. No message, no error. It is curious. When copier is switch off, tray A stay in position like in first example and tray B moved near to its paper detect sensor, but lower and switch machine on, than copier displayed error E542-8001. I changed tray motor(both,A/B), paper detect sensors for both trays, tray driver motor, tray rotate sensor. Finally i changed finisher controller. Nothing help.
Could someone help me?

perform the Finisher sensor intensity adjustment

make sure Limited Function is not Displayed on control panel

Make sure both dip switches of the dip switch bank on the finisher controller that u replaced are set to the 'ON' position , then re- power cycling all components-

make sure these flags move freely


Check the tray 2 paper surface sensor 1 and the tray 2 paper surface sensor 2.

Thanks you for your advise, but i have finisher V1. There is no flags but only paper detect sensors with LED. DIP switches i checked and both are set to ON position.
