[Error Code] CLC 1180 shows E020-0181

Good Day to all,

One of my CLC1180 copier shows E020-0181 during first copy or print everytime the machine is start-up. So everytime i encounter this, i stir the magenta and init and it will be ok for a few hours. And if the machine is in idle for 3 to 4 hrs, same error comes.
So i changed the starter of magenta (Supply,Stir,Init) but still problem exist. The drum is newly replaced about a month ago.
Any idea or suggestion, please...

Is the window of the gradation sensor soiled? /unit only on (CLC1140/1160/ 1180 only)?????

Clean it>> Thereafter, select 'auto gradation correction' in user mode
(adjust/clean), and operate as instructed on the display

if scratched replace unit

Execute>>>>> FUNCTION>INSTALL>INIT for the color for which E020 is indicated in service mode. If E020 indicated once again-replace the M toner concentration sensor.

el problema es porque normalmente se ensucia la ventana del sensor negro (sensor de graduacion) cuando esto ocurra fijese si se a ensuciado dicho sensor y de que color, retire las 4 unidades de revelado y girelas manualmente fijese si alguna de estas esta espolvoreando( saturado) ya que este codigo puede tambien ser por otro color pero como primero pinta el magenta lo detecta.fijese cuando este el codigo presente antes de limpiar el sensor los valores de window en copier, display,dens.el problema es por cualquiera de los 4 reveladores.
