[Misc] IRC 3220 problem with scan

Hi, I have a problem with the scanner in the 3220 IRC, I get insufficient memory when I scan a document to view the PC and I can not make any kind of scanning. The print driver is a imagePASS-C2, this can inflluir in scanning documents?
I can print and copy normal, I hope to guide me how to solve this problem.

is scanning using Push scan (Universal Send kit) or Pull scan (scanner online & via scanner driver in Pc)?

the scan controller with the PC probe with several programs: scan fiery, ScanGear, I can only low resolution scans and the option to put black and white and full color and I get the message recently in the memory or PC remains suspended, charged.
has something to do that is connected to imagePASS-C2? as I said print and copy fine but do not see how to configure in imagePASS-C2.to enable the scanner is the resolution.

The maximum memory capacity for the imagePASS C2 / G1 is 512 MB. The standard configuration is one 256 MB DIMM installed in the outer socket (DDR DIMM2). To upgrade the memory to 512 MB, install another 256 MB DIMM in the inner socket.

The 256 MB DIMM can be ordered with Part # WA7-4112-000 or Sales item code 0448A028AA.
